FAQS
The catch is:
1. You need to be willing to spend $250-500 on the 10 day trial in adspend to facebook only. You pay me nothing.
2. You need to have a CRM (GoHighlevel or similar) that I can send you lead notifications from as you get leads.
3. That's it! If you love the ads but hate me, you can keep the ads. If you love the ads, and working with me, we can talk about bringing me on to help you even more. I'm looking for long-term dream clients who want to add at least 50 new patients in the next year with ads. I aim to "always be free", meaning I only ever ask for pay after I've made you money. I call it the "Return on Scott", and my goal is 5X.
Never.
While I draw on what I know works from running ads for over 50 clinics, every single ad I create will be custom-written by me personally, using information I gather from you about your actual program and ideal patient. No ChatGPT/emoji copy, no cookie-cutter fluff copy. No "BOGO, save hundreds" gimmicky discount bullshit. See, here's the thing - if you want an ideal patient, you can't half-ass the way you approach them.
That's why I wrote the 4 Ad Mistakes report if you want to see what everyone is doing wrong with their ads (including your current or last agency).
No problem. I can work inside the same ad account, and leave alone anything else you've got going. I can even run the same condition as you're running now with no issues. My ads are different enough, you'll see results right there in the ad account soon enough that you won't have any issues deciding what to do.
You pick. You can pay me a flat fee for my ads, ads management, consulting and training ($1500-5000 a month), or you can pay me per-patient closed from my ads. Most clients do a little of each. We'll discuss.
I'm looking for long-term fits I can grow with, not trying to get rich off of churn-and-burn or sit-and-pray retainers.
Working with me over 9 months, you'll likely raise your prices and change your front end offers, so we've got to evolve as we go. Again, the goal is always a 5X Return-on-Scott™.
I want a half-dozen dream clients who I can coach, consult, and offer done-for-you help getting them to consistently closing 5-15+ new patients a month. My dream client hasn't ever cracked the code on doing this yet, or when they did it was a perfect storm that didn't last long. If I help you start generating $20-75k a month in new revenue, I'll have no problems meeting my income goal. If I don't, you should fire me (or take my advice a little more seriously and actually do it).
I will always stay small. I will never "scale". I do better work with fewer clients, and I give myself raises as you start making more money. I never cost you anything; I only ever ask for a portion of income I help you generate from scratch.
The reality is, most marketers have big dreams and big churn. I learned a long time ago my peace of mind is worth much more than money. Not every new client I take on works out, and that is okay. I prefer to spend my time setting up a client relationship on the right foot, and if it doesn't work out, I hold my head high - the time is already lost.
I like the money I make to come in with tremendous respect and appreciation. And to me, it's worth it to work for free to get there. If things don't work out, you lost a little ad spend and I lost some time. It's still far better than losing a lot of money AND time, and to me it feels more honest.
For things to work, they have to feel good for both of us. Trust me, I do trials for me more than for you. I like working in this way because it sets up the relationship correctly, and ensures my peace of mind, and your minimal risk.
